- Inviting second-year students from universities that have strong agricultural programs to participate. The ideal candidate will be the student who likes to ‘go behind the curtain’ and investigate “the why behind the what.”
- Advisors of the network will surface key leadership characteristics of the people who succeed in business due to their strong leadership skills.
